Not so amazing. That exact combination is taught at the white belt level at almost every bjj school I’ve ever been to. Add a hip bump sweep and you’ve got a great three prong attack. Get good at it and it’ll even work on advanced belts.

loner1520…at around 1:05, the guy in the white is going to want to take his right arm, and get it in towards his own chest. with his left arm, (the one holding the wrist) he’s going to lift/push it up/out towards the back of the head/neck of the guy in the black. hope that helped…

    No. Brazilian Jiu …
No. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu comes from Judo. Judo comes from Japanese Jiu Jitsu. In his own book, Kodokan Judo, Kano clearly states that he was a jujitsu student of several different teachers and that judo was the result of his search for the underlying principle between the different styles he had studied.

you are absolutely wrong, one of the great things about jujitsu is that size is not a nesecery factor

  • Taurus8763 says:

    I agree with you …
I agree with you that Jiu Jitsu is more effective than Aikido in a reality based street confrontation, though the Aikidoka will avoid the fight as much as possible, the Jiu Jitsu player would probably stand his ground and fight. This is the trouble with MMA, Boxing and Grappling styles, is that they have weight devisions………..but any little guy that I have seen win a fight is quite physicaly tough himself………

  • geobros says:

    jiu jitsu is for …
jiu jitsu is for small people,(helio gracie the founder was very smal) you may not be able tobeat a heavy higher belt than you but if your 140 pounds and you have to defend yourself against 220 pound guy that doesnt train and doesnt understand jiu jitsu you will do much better than if you try to use your akido against the guy

  • Taurus8763 says:

Im not sure if jujitsu is suitable for little people……look at the size of these guys….that’s why most small people do aikido…..
